GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE of shop.billboard.bg

This document constitutes the general terms or terms of use for shop.billboard.bg, which regulate the rules for using shop.billboard.bg, including entering into a sales contract with a merchant from this online store.

2.1. "BILLBOARD" AD (hereinafter referred to as "Billboard") is a company with its registered office and address of management in Sofia 1463, Bulgaria Square No. 1, NDK, with UIC 130472125 and VAT number BG 130472125.
2.2. "BILLBOARD" AD administers the online store shop.billboard.bg as a platform. Products and services from parties other than Billboard are displayed on the platform by individual sellers on shop.billboard.bg. The rights and obligations of a service intermediary provider are exercised/fulfilled by "BILLBOARD" AD.
The website https://shop.billboard.bg is licensed to "BILLBOARD" AD, a company based in Bulgaria.
2.3. "BILLBOARD" AD assumes the fulfillment of obligations under contracts concluded based on orders placed before February 1, 2025, with "BILLBOARD" AD, such as warranty services, and more.
2.4. You can contact Billboard at the address above, by phone at +359 882 648 720, or by email at shop@billboard.bg. The contact numbers are chargeable.
2.5. Any individual offering goods or services to third parties for commercial purposes and who has a contract with Billboard may be a seller on the platform.
DEFINITIONS
3.1. Client – any individual aged 18 or older, legal entity, or other legal formation that meets one or more of the following conditions:
3.1.1. accesses the Content via communication means provided by Billboard (electronic means, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing agreement for use with Billboard and has requested the creation and use of an Account;
3.1.2. after creating their account on the Platform, places an order and enters into a distance sales contract via the Billboard e-commerce platform with Billboard or another merchant.
3.2. User – any individual aged 18 or older, legal entity, or other legal formation that has registered on the Platform and agreed to specific clauses in the Terms and Conditions section.
3.3. Seller – Billboard or any other entity offering goods or services on the Platform.
3.4. Site – the online store hosted at the web address OnPrintShop and its subdomains.
3.5. Platform – the Site.
3.6. Account – a section of the Platform, formed by an email address and password, allowing the Client to place an Order and containing information about the Client and the history of some of their actions on the Platform (Orders, tax invoices, etc.). The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the Account is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3.7. Favorites – a section in the Account allowing the Client to create their lists of Goods and Services to track for potential purchases.
3.8. List – a section within "Favorites" where the Client can add products of interest.
3.9. My Cart – a section in the Account allowing the Client to add Goods or Services they wish to purchase either at the time of addition or later; if the Goods and Services are not purchased at the time of addition, the Client may track them using Billboard's notification services.
3.10. Order – an electronic document representing a communication form between Billboard and the Client, through which the Client communicates to the Seller their desire to purchase Goods or Services.
3.11. Pre-Order – an Order made for goods not currently in the warehouse of Billboard or its supplier. If you place a Pre-Order for a product, one of our consultants will check the delivery timeframe and contact you with more information about the product's availability.
3.12. Goods or Services – any product or service, or digital content located on the Platform, including products and services mentioned in the Order, provided by the Seller as a result of a concluded Contract.
3.13. Campaign – any promotional communication aimed at popularizing the Platform, the Billboard brand, or specific Goods and/or Services available for a limited time or in limited quantities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.14. Illegal Content – any content not in compliance with applicable legal provisions or this document.
3.15. Contract – the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Client for the sale of Goods and/or Services via the Platform, incorporating these terms and conditions.
3.16. Content
• all information on the Platform accessible via an Internet connection and using an Internet-enabled device; • the content of any communication between the Client and Billboard and/or the Seller via electronic or other available communication means; • any information provided by a Billboard employee or Seller representative to the Client via electronic or other communication means; • information on the Platform related to Goods and/or Services and applicable pricing over a specific period; • information on the Platform regarding Clients and related Goods and/or Services and pricing from third parties with whom the Seller has partnerships; • data regarding Sellers on the Platform.
3.17. Commercial Messages – any message sent via electronic communication channels containing general and thematic information, product recommendations, offers or promotions from Billboard, Sellers, or companies associated with Billboard.
3.18. Transaction – the action of Billboard refunding an amount paid by the Client due to contract termination or non-conclusion.
3.19. Specifications – all characteristics and/or descriptions of Goods and Services as indicated in their descriptions.
3.20. Review – a written evaluation by a product or service owner or user.
3.21. Rating – a calculation method for client satisfaction.
3.22. Comment – an assessment or critique at the end of a Review.
3.23. Question – a form of inquiry from a Client to other Clients or Users.
3.24. Answer – a written response provided in the Platform.
3.25. "One-Click Payment" – a mobile payment service.
3.26. Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – a price provided by the manufacturer and/or distributor to the Seller, which is independently determined by the Seller for the sale.
3.27. "Discount Price" – the lowest price announced by the Seller within the last 30 days.
3.28. "Selling Price" – the price requested by the Seller for Goods or Services.
3.29. Search Algorithm – an automated algorithm determining product relevance based on text matching and popularity.
3.30. "Recommendation System" – a system used by Billboard for prioritizing displayed information, including ranking Goods or Services shown on the Site based on search results.
3.31. Safe Product – any product that under normal and reasonably foreseeable circumstances does not pose a risk.
3.32. Hazardous Product – any product that is not considered safe.
3.33. Product Recall – the process of withdrawing a product from the market.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The general terms of Billboard bind all Platform Clients.
4.2. Any use of the Platform signifies that you have carefully reviewed these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them unconditionally.
4.3. Billboard reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect any changes to the way the Site functions, its conditions, or legal requirements. The Document will become binding for Clients from the moment it is published on the Platform. In case of such changes, we will post the updated version on the Platform.
4.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
4.5. Billboard and marketplace sellers make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Platform. However, technical errors or omissions may occur. Product images are illustrative and indicative; the delivered products may differ from the images.
4.6. Due to limited space and structure, product descriptions may sometimes be incomplete. Billboard strives to provide the most relevant and important information.
4.7. All goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered until stocks are exhausted, even if not explicitly stated on the Platform.
4.8. The Platform may contain links to other websites. Billboard is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites it does not administer or for the information contained therein.
CONCLUDING A CONTRACT
5.1. The Client expresses their desire to order and purchase Goods and/or Services through the Platform by placing an Order electronically or by phone, which is then registered by them or a Billboard employee on their behalf.
5.2. Billboard will send a notification to the Client regarding the registration of the Order via agreed communication channels (email, SMS, or Viber). This notification does not constitute acceptance, confirmation, or commitment to fulfill the Order.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right not to deliver part or all Goods or Services from the Order for objective reasons, including but not limited to stock depletion. Billboard will inform the Client of this through agreed communication channels. In such cases, the Seller's sole responsibility is to refund any advance payment for the undelivered Goods or Services.
5.4. The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Client is considered concluded when the Client receives a notification via email, SMS, or Viber that the Goods from the Order are ready for dispatch or that the Service can be provided.
5.5. The distance sales contract consists of these Terms and any additional agreements between the Seller and the Client.
5.6. The warranty certificate, where applicable, will accompany the Goods or be available in the Client's Account.
5.7. The Client must ensure that all information provided during the Order process is accurate, complete, and up to date. Billboard reserves the right to share this information with relevant marketplace Sellers.
5.8. The Client authorizes Billboard and/or the marketplace Seller to contact them as necessary regarding the Order.
5.9. The Seller may cancel an Order and notify the Client in the following cases without incurring liability:
• If the payment transaction is not approved by the issuing bank for online payments. • If the payment does not result in funds being credited to the Seller's account. • If the information provided by the Client is incomplete or incorrect.
5.10. The Client has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within the legally established period. This period starts from the date of contract conclusion for services or the date the Goods are received.
5.11. The Client may contact Billboard at shop@billboard.bg or use the Platform's online return form for withdrawal requests.
ONLINE SALES POLICY
6.1. Access to the Platform for the purpose of placing an Order is available to any Client.
6.2. Billboard reserves the right to restrict Client access to Orders and/or payment methods if the Client abuses their rights or acts detrimentally to Billboard or third parties.
6.3. The Client has the right to leave reviews or opinions on Goods and Services.
6.4. Communication with the Seller may be conducted directly or through the contact details provided on the Platform.
6.5. In cases of significant internet traffic, Billboard reserves the right to require Clients to validate information using CAPTCHA codes to protect Platform integrity.
6.6. Billboard may post promotional or advertising information on the Platform.
6.7. All prices displayed on the Platform are final and inclusive of VAT and any legally required taxes.
6.8. In cases provided for by law, the price of the Goods, such as electronics, announced on the Platform includes a green fee. If the Client requests details regarding the exact value of the added amount to the price of the Goods, they must contact the "Customer Service" department at Billboard.
6.9. In the case of online payments or bank transfers, the Seller bears no responsibility for any expenses related to fees, commissions, or other additional payments made by the Client or their bank regarding the transaction itself, as well as in cases of currency exchange applied by the bank that issued the client's card in situations where the currency differs from BGN. Payment by card to the Seller through PayU is considered an international payment by banks in Bulgaria, and according to their rules for card transactions, some banks may charge additional fees. The costs associated with such payments are borne by the Client. Therefore, Billboard recommends that its clients check with their bank for any potential additional fees that may be charged for online payments or those through banks.
6.10. All images placed on the Platform are intended solely to create a certain impression of the type of Goods/Services offered and do not represent them accurately. Accordingly, some of the images of Goods or Services on the Platform (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations, etc.) may not correspond to the appearance of the respective Goods or may create a misleading impression of the offered Service. The Seller shall not be liable for such discrepancies.
6.11. After 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of purchasing a Good or Service, the Client will be asked to provide a review regarding the purchased Good or Service. This request will be sent to the email address through which they registered their Account. By providing a review, the Client contributes to better informing other potential Clients and actively participates in the development of new services and in more detailed descriptions of the characteristics of the Products.
7. ABUSE AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES**
7.1. Access for the purpose of using the Site and placing an Order is permitted to any Client/User, as long as they use the Site in accordance with this Document and applicable laws.
7.2.Abuse of the use of the site or for purposes other than those expressly permitted by Billboard is prohibited, and Billboard shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use. Specifically, the following actions are prohibited:
a. failure to meet payment obligations or any obligations to Sellers or Billboard;
b. placing Orders for purposes other than the purchase of Goods or Services;
c. providing false, inaccurate, or outdated information when creating an Account, including providing a false identity in any way (e.g., by using an email address, name, pseudonym, or otherwise);
d. creating multiple Accounts by the same individual or legal entity;
e. failure to maintain the confidentiality of account login data;
f. undertaking actions that are illegal, immoral, against public order, or other actions or omissions that violate applicable laws;
g. using any kind of external software tool that may disrupt the normal operation of the site;
h. attempting to interfere with the operation of the hosting servers or the site in any way;
i. appropriating, copying, decompiling, or attempting to uncover the source code of the site or its content;
j. using any robot, algorithm, or other automated means to read the source code or extract data from the site;
k. attempting to test or scan the vulnerability of any system on the site, accessing servers or services of the site that are not public, without permission, including attempts to interfere with the operation of the hosting servers or the site in any way;
l. publishing content that praises, promotes, encourages, or incites terrorism, racism, revisionism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, hate speech, discrimination, human trafficking, organized crime, illegal organizations, self-harm, suicide, torture, animal cruelty, justification of war crimes, sexual exploitation of children and/or adults, cultures, or other illegal content;
m. undertaking actions that may harm the interests of Billboard, directly or indirectly, in any way, including but not limited to making offensive statements directed directly or indirectly against Billboard, its employees or representatives, or its partners, such as regarding the IT system provided by Billboard, taking public positions that may have a negative impact on Billboard or the services it provides;
n. using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or participating in, promoting, or endorsing illegal activity or violating this Document, as well as any other behavior or activity on the Site that could reasonably harm Billboard, other Clients/Users, Sellers, or third parties (such as privacy, confidential information, or intellectual property).
7.3. Upon the occurrence of reasons, based on the development of relations with the respective, authorized on this basis, recipient of personal data, ElbiBulgaria has the right to take the following actions (but not limited to):
a. blocking or deleting an Account or profile created on behalf of or for a third party on the Site (including in cases where the natural person has not provided consent for the processing of their personal data, who has provided the Account, using the Account without having the right to do so);
b. blocking or limiting access to a Client/User for access to the Services (including in cases where there are no funds in the Client's account to be used);
7.8. Corrective measures will be taken with prior notice to the person to whom they are applied. However, in exceptional cases, where the nature of the violation requires it, Billboard may take corrective measures without prior notice. Billboard will promptly inform the affected person about:
a. the corrective measure and, where applicable, the duration for which it is applied;
b. the reasons and facts underlying the corrective measure, including whether it was the result of Billboard's voluntary action or a notification received by Billboard;
c. where applicable, information indicating whether the corrective measure was taken concerning illegal content detected or identified by automated means;
d. the facts and legal basis or relevant provisions of this document on which the corrective measure is based, depending on the case;
e. information regarding available remedies.
The aforementioned information will not be provided if doing so would constitute a violation or non-compliance with the law or an order from a government authority, or if the provision of such information would interfere with an investigation.
7.9. In each of these cases, the affected person may contact Billboard's customer relations department via a virtual assistant (real-time chat) to inquire about the reasons that led to the application of the above measures.
8. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS
8.1. The Seller has the right to use subcontractors for the fulfillment of its obligations under the distance sales contract concluded through the Platform without being required to notify or obtain the Customer's consent. The respective Seller shall be responsible for the actions of these subcontractors as if they were its own.
9. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1. The Content, as defined in the "Definitions" chapter, including but not limited to logos, any graphical images or captions, trade symbols, dynamic symbols, texts, and/or multimedia content of the Platform, is the exclusive property of Billboard.
9.2. Billboard owns and retains all intellectual property rights related in any way to the Platform, whether owned directly or obtained through contractual licenses or by any other lawful means.
9.3. Nothing in the distance contract concluded between Billboard and the Customer shall be interpreted as granting permission for the Customer to copy, distribute, publish, share with third parties, or modify in any way any part of the Content, including but not limited to the content of trademarks, logos, multimedia content of the Platform, or descriptions of Products or Services, including by introducing any external content to the Platform or removing signs indicating Billboard's ownership rights over the Content. The Customer is also not permitted to transfer, sell, or distribute materials created through the reproduction (copying), modification, or publication of the Content without the explicit consent of Billboard.
9.4. The Customer may copy, transfer, and/or use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only in cases where this does not conflict with the provisions of this chapter of the Document.
9.5. The Customer is entitled to use the Content for commercial purposes solely if they have obtained written consent from Billboard and only for the specific part of the Content, in the manner, to the extent, and within the time limits explicitly stated in the consent. Any subsequent or different use of the Content will be considered a violation of this contract between Billboard and the Customer and an infringement of Billboard's intellectual property rights. Billboard reserves the right to seek liability from the Customer for such violations.
9.6. The mere transmission to the Customer or reference to the Content or parts thereof by Billboard shall not be considered consent from Billboard allowing the Customer to use the Content or parts thereof for purposes other than personal needs, regardless of the communication method used by Billboard.
9.7. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by these general terms or by other explicit written consent from Billboard is prohibited.
10. ORDER
10.1. The Customer may place Orders on the Platform by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to their Shopping Cart and following the steps indicated on the Platform to complete and submit the respective Order.
10.2. Any Goods and/or Services added to the Shopping Cart can be purchased if available. Adding Goods and/or Services to the Shopping Cart without completing the Order does not lead to order registration or the automatic reservation of the Goods/Services.
10.3. By confirming the Order, Billboard confirms the delivery of only one unit of the respective Item included in the registered order. The remaining units of the same model will be additionally confirmed or rejected depending on stock availability. Registering the Order is not equivalent to its confirmation.
10.4. The Customer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Billboard concerning the Order is accurate, complete, and correct as of the date of submitting the order. The Customer authorizes Billboard to share this data with the respective marketplace Seller when the Order contains Goods/Services from the latter.
10.5. By submitting the order, the Customer authorizes Billboard and/or the marketplace Seller to contact them by any possible means when necessary concerning the order or the concluded Contract.
10.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the Order placed by the Customer, in which case the Customer must be notified. The cancellation of the order does not entail any liability or subsequent obligation for either party concerning the other, and neither party may seek compensation for the cancellation in the following cases:
10.7. The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the distance contract within the period provided by the respective Seller, which may not be shorter than the statutory period. This period begins from the date of the Contract for services or from the date the purchased Goods are received by the Customer or a third party. The Customer may contact Billboard regarding their withdrawal from the distance contract at shop@billboard.bg or through the phone numbers listed on the Website. The Customer may also return the Goods by filling out Billboard's electronic form available. In this case, a courier sent by Billboard will collect the Goods from the address specified by the Customer. For more information, please visit the information page on the Website . Any return of Goods purchased from Billboard that does not use the electronic form on the Website is at the Customer's expense. The conditions for returning Goods to marketplace Sellers vary and are outlined and available on each Seller's information page.
10.8. The Seller undertakes to refund the price paid under the distance contract, which the Customer has withdrawn from, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Seller receives proof from the Customer that the Goods have been returned. The refund will be made without any additional costs to the Customer using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to use another payment method.
10.9. The Seller is entitled to delay the refund in cases of withdrawal from the concluded Contract until receiving the returned Goods or receiving proof that they have been sent, whichever event occurs first, provided the Seller has not offered to collect the Goods themselves.
10.10. The right to withdraw from a distance contract and return Goods is available only to Customers who qualify as consumers under the Consumer Protection Act for Goods offered by Marketplace Sellers, and to all Customers for Goods offered by Billboard, provided that the following conditions are met:
10.11. By creating an Account, the Customer can use a section called "Favorites", where Lists can be created. These Lists may be public or private. Public Lists will be visible to any third parties with whom the Customer shares them on social networks, as well as to all Customers with Accounts on the Platform. Private Lists will only be visible to the Customer who created them. The Customer independently determines which Lists are public and which are private and may change the status of any List at any time.
11.1. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the concluded Contract in the following cases:
12.1. The Customer agrees that by providing any personal or other data to Billboard, they consent to it being used for the following purposes by Billboard:
12.2. The Customer agrees to provide Billboard with unlimited access to any materials and information sent to the Seller through or in connection with the Platform, regardless of whether an Order has been placed or a transaction conducted through the Platform. Billboard has the right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, transmit, and distribute this information or materials. The Customer expressly agrees that Billboard may freely use and process for its purposes any ideas, concepts, or know-how provided by the Customer through or in connection with the Platform or actions/inactions taken by the Customer in relation to the Platform. Billboard has no obligation to treat such information as confidential unless required by applicable law.
12.3. By providing their data to Billboard (including email address), the Customer explicitly agrees to be contacted by Billboard or third parties such as couriers, Marketplace Sellers, Billboard partners, marketing service providers, state, municipal or non-governmental agencies, insurance or financial services companies, and other companies with which Billboard may develop joint programs to offer Goods and/or Services in the market.
13.1. When creating an account on the Platform, the Customer has the option to consent to receiving Commercial Communications.
13.2. The Customer may withdraw their consent to receive Commercial Communications from the Seller at any time by changing the settings in their Account under "My Subscriptions" or by contacting the Seller.
13.3. Withdrawal from receiving Commercial Communications does not automatically revoke the consent given for entering into this Agreement.

After purchasing a Good or Service, Billboard will send the Customer commercial messages regarding:
The Customer may unsubscribe at any time from receiving Commercial Communications as per Article 13.2 above by clicking the unsubscribe link published in the Commercial Communications received from Billboard or by contacting Billboard directly.
Additionally, we may use your data for market and consumer research purposes. The data collected in the context of market research is not used for advertising. Detailed information (particularly regarding the evaluation of your submissions) may be found in the context of the respective survey or where you submit your responses. Your survey answers will not be shared with third parties or published. You may object to the use of your data for market research purposes at any time free of charge by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting Billboard.
14.1. The prices of Goods and Services listed on the Platform are final and include VAT as well as any other taxes and fees stipulated by current Bulgarian legislation.
14.2. The price, payment method, and payment deadline for issued invoices are specified in each Order.
14.3. The Customer is obliged to provide all necessary information for the issuance of an invoice in compliance with current Bulgarian legislation.
14.4. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Customer for the ordered and delivered Goods or provided Services based on the information provided by the Customer.
14.5. Billboard issues an invoice for each payment related to an Order through which the Customer has purchased Goods and/or Services offered on the Platform by Billboard. The Customer agrees to receive such invoices electronically via upload to their Account. If these payment documents are not available for more than 48 hours in the Account, please notify us at shop@billboard.bg.
14.6. Billboard does not issue or send invoices for purchases or other payments related to Goods and/or Services offered by Marketplace Sellers, who are obliged to do so according to current Bulgarian legislation.
14.7. To ensure the correct issuance of an invoice for the respective Order, the Customer/User is required to continuously update their account information. They must review the details provided for the Order to confirm that they are complete, accurate, and correct.
14.8. The Customer will have access to a record of the invoices issued by Billboard in their Account and may save or archive them at any time.
14.9. Billboard can use Paypal payment and Quickpay payment methods as visa, mastercard, mobile pay, apple pay and google pay.
14.10. Billboard will initiate a payment procedure immediately after the order is placed. The procedure is automatically starting folowing the step by step ordering process.
14.11.
(1) "One-Click Payment" is a fast payment method available through shop.billboard.bg website using a debit or credit card. This payment is completed with a single click using a Quick Pay or PayPal associated with the card without requiring the input of card details for each transaction.
(2) The "One-Click Payment" method can be activated at any time after creating an account, when registering a new order, or upon receiving confirmation for a registered order.
(3) The Customer can activate the "One-Click Payment" option at any time in the "My Cards" section of their account by selecting the "Save Card" button. At this point, the Customer will be redirected to a Quick Pay or PayPal page where they can enter the required card information. Quick Pay will validate the card with the issuing bank. Upon validation, the "One-Click Payment" option is automatically activated, and a Token (encrypted, unique code) is generated for future use.
(4) The Customer can also activate the "One-Click Payment" option during an order by selecting payment via debit or credit card and then choosing to activate this option. The activation process is the same as described in (3). After completion, the Customer completes the payment and order. Once the payment is confirmed, the card becomes available for future use through the Token.
(5) If a Customer has placed an Order and selected debit or credit card payment but has not activated "One-Click Payment," they can still activate it after receiving payment confirmation. The Customer will be given the option to save their card details using the process described above, enabling future payments with the Token.
(6) A Customer with an active "One-Click Payment" option will not need to enter their card details for each transaction. By entering their card information, the Customer acknowledges that they have been informed and agree to the Platform's terms for "One-Click Payment," as well as consenting to the use of the Token for future transactions.
(7) Customers are advised not to remain logged into websites they visit (whether frequently or not) and to avoid enabling automatic login on any device, including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, to limit unauthorized access to their Account.
(8) The Customer may register multiple debit or credit cards for "One-Click Payment." Each card will be associated with a different Token. The Customer can delete any Token at any time or deactivate the "One-Click Payment" service entirely from their Account in the "My Orders" section. These actions will render the service unusable until reactivation via the methods described above.
(9) Card payment details will not be accessible or stored by Billboard but only by the card issuer or an authorized entity responsible for providing card data storage services.
(10) The authorized entity for card data storage services is Quick Pay.
(11) In certain cases, to ensure transaction security, the Customer may be required to authorize payment by re-entering their card password or using fingerprint authentication on compatible mobile devices.
(12) For security reasons during Transactions, the Customer is advised not to log into the Site and enable automatic login on mobile devices. Disclosure of card account passwords is prohibited, and it is recommended to use complex passwords (for example, at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
(13) The Customer may enter the details of multiple cards they own for which the "One-Click Payment" option can be activated, with one Token linked to each payment card. Additionally, the Customer may delete a saved card at any time, which will terminate their access to the "One-Click Payment" service.
(14) If the Customer has more than one address saved in their account, the delivery will be sent to the one marked as the primary address.
15.1. Billboard uses Speedy- DPD Bulgaria.
15.2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered and purchased Goods either personally or via a courier company to the address specified by the Customer. The address should allow easy access for a cargo vehicle, or alternatively to the office of the courier company, depending on the Customer's choice. In cases of door-to-door delivery, the Customer must specify the floor to which the products should be delivered in the address field of the order form on shop.billboard.bg If this information is not provided, the delivery will be made to the building specified as the delivery address, provided there is access for a cargo vehicle.
15.3. The Seller will ensure appropriate packaging of the Goods and the inclusion of accompanying documents. If, by chance, a required document is missing from the shipment, please contact us at shop.billboard.bg, and we will make every effort to provide it as quickly as possible.
15.4.
(1) Billboard will deliver Goods and provide Services only within the territory of Bulgaria and EU.
(2) The delivery conditions and prices for Goods from Marketplace Sellers will be disclosed to Customers on the respective page of each Seller in the Platform, accessible through their active name under the text "Offered and delivered by ..." beneath each Good.
(3) The delivery cost, if applicable, will be visible after the desired Product(s) is placed in the shopping cart.
15.5. Production and delivery time is 3-5 business days for the local market and 5-7 business days for other EU countries.
17. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RETURNING THE PRODUCT
17.1. Ownership of the Goods will be transferred from the Seller to the Customer upon delivery and after payment has been completed. The handover of the Goods will be confirmed by the Customer's signature on the transportation document provided by the courier.
17.2. If the customer wants to cancel the order during the production he/she can request a cancellation using Order Detail / Request for Cancellation menu. If the status of the product is processing the customer will be alowed to make cancellation and he/she will be automatically refund from the system of the paid amount.
17.3. If the product arrive faulty, damaged or defective the custommer can initiate a cancellation procedure and ask for Refund, as he/she can choose either to be refund of the paid amount or to receive a reprinted product again. Billboard will reproduce it at no additional cost to the customer.To initiate a Cancellation procedure custommers can access the menu from Order Details / Request for cancellation, as additionally has to follow the Returns of Faulty Product Procedure.
17.4. Returns for Faulty Products: Customers are eligible to return products if they arrive faulty, damaged, or defective. To initiate a return, the following conditions apply:

(1) Processing Time: Withdrawals from our platform are processed within one (1) business day from the time the request is submitted. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that while we process withdrawals within this timeframe, the actual time for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Delays caused by external financial institutions are beyond our control.

Specifically, the Website provides Users/Customers with specific digital tools for collecting/showing offers for Products and Services and for concluding transactions with Sellers. None of the functionalities of the website can be equated with knowledge of Billboard regarding the Content provided by Users/Customers/Sellers (except when the Seller is Billboard itself).
19.2. If the Content violates the law or this Document, Billboard will take the actions described in this Document to identify and remove the Content by applying appropriate corrective measures.
19.3. Billboard is not liable for the behavior of Users/Customers/Sellers or any other individual on the Website, for their Content on the Website, or for the improper execution of sales contracts and transactions conducted through the Website, as well as for the consequences of actions taken by Users/Customers/Sellers or third parties who violate the provisions of this Document and applicable regulations, if, despite exercising due care, Billboard was unaware or could not have known about the unlawfulness of their actions/inactions and, as a result, did not take immediate measures to eliminate the violation or its consequences. At the same time, Billboard is not responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the Products or Services sold on the Website by other Sellers, the Sellers' ability to sell, the Customers' solvency, or the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided by them on the Website (such as offers related to Products or Services, Reviews/Comments/Questions/Answers, correspondence as part of discussions on the Website or related to transactions made through the Website, etc.).

22. OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR Billboard MARKETPLACE
22.1. Administers the Billboard Marketplace platform as a provider of intermediary services and provides it to Billboard under a licensing agreement. On the Billboard Marketplace platform, Products and services of third parties, other than Billboard, are posted as Sellers on the Platform. The contract for these goods or services is concluded between the marketplace seller (the trader) and the customer. Customer rights related to the purchase can be exercised directly with the marketplace traders. Billboard is not responsible for and does not assume liability for invitations, offers, and contracts concluded on Billboard that do not originate from Billboard or for the non-conclusion or termination of such contracts, particularly for the quality, safety, and legal compliance of marketplace goods. Billboard does not mediate or intervene in any customer disputes between the Customer and the Marketplace seller. The rights and obligations of the provider of intermediary services are exercised/performed by "Dante International" SA.

23. FORCE MAJEURE
23.1. Neither party will be liable for non-performance of their contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event. A force majeure event is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties, which cannot be avoided.
23.2. If the event does not cease within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the relevant event, either party has the right to notify the other party that they terminate the Agreement without owing compensation for any potential damages.
24. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION. COMPLAINTS AND SIGNALS. INTERNAL SYSTEM FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
24.1. For signals or complaints related to purchased Products and/or Services, the functionalities of the Website, or unlawful content, Customers/Users or other interested parties have the opportunity to submit the respective complaint at any time using the contact form available on the Website. To submit a notification or complaint, you must complete the relevant form, including all mandatory fields. Billboard will inform the person who submitted the notification or complaint about its acceptance and, when applicable, the decision made, provided that contact information has been provided. The maximum time limit for reviewing complaints or notifications is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If Customers/Users or other interested parties:
24.2. For complaints regarding corrective measures taken by Billboard in accordance with this Document, in addition to the alternative dispute resolution procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and subsequently to the competent courts, Billboard provides an internal system for handling complaints, accessible via the contact form available on the website: https://shop.billboard.bg. Complaints can be submitted within a maximum of 6 months from the communication of the decision regarding corrective measures by Billboard. More details on the functioning of this internal system can be found in the "Digital Services Act" section.
24.3. Bulgarian law applies to this agreement. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer understands and agrees that Billboard may transfer all its rights and obligations arising from this Document to another company or third party that is part of Billboard's corporate group. Any disputes arising between Billboard and Customers will be resolved by mutual agreement or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts. Contracts for the sale concluded between the Customer and the Marketplace Seller through the Platform will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court in accordance with Bulgarian legislation unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
24.4. Information regarding reports under the Law for the protection of persons who report or publicly disclose information.
25. RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM
25.1. For the classification, sorting, ordering, and displaying of information, including Products and Services on the Website, as a result of searches or by default, the Website uses certain algorithms that determine the display in a random manner. In the case of Campaigns, the order in which Products are displayed on the Website is established based on several criteria, such as price reduction, availability, and consumer interest. During a Campaign, the positions of the offers may change compared to their positions at the beginning of the Campaign, depending on their performance. The recommendation system used on the Website works based on some core parameters that can be reviewed in the Guide for the recommendation system and promotion on the Billboard platform. In the case of searches on the website, the information is displayed based on the search algorithm.

26.1.
