Monomeric White

An opaque white vinyl made from PVC with monomeric plasticizers. It features a smooth finish (glossy or matte) and is ideal for short to medium-term applications on flat or slightly curved surfaces. Common uses include outdoor and indoor signage, banners, and posters. It offers vibrant color reproduction but is less flexible and durable compared to polymeric vinyl.

Monomeric Transparent

A clear, see-through vinyl also made from PVC with monomeric plasticizers. It is designed for window graphics, glass decorations, and overlays. It can be printed with designs, leaving unprinted areas transparent. Suitable for lightbox signage and vehicle windows, it shares similar limitations to monomeric white in terms of flexibility and lifespan.

Monomeric Gray back

PVC film with a grey backing is a self-adhesive vinyl film with an opaque, grey-colored underside. This gives it stronger coverage, allowing it to be applied over dark or patterned surfaces while keeping the printed colors on the front bright and clean.

Permanent Adhesive

Is a strong adhesive designed for long-lasting applications. It creates a durable bond with the surface, making it difficult to remove without leaving residue or causing damage. This type of adhesive is ideal for outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, and industrial labeling, where durability and resistance to environmental factors like heat, moisture, and UV exposure are crucial. However, removing it can be time-consuming and may require chemicals or scraping, potentially damaging the surface.

Removable Adhesive

On the other hand, is a milder adhesive intended for temporary use. It allows for easy removal without leaving residue or damaging the surface, making it perfect for short-term applications such as window graphics, promotional stickers, and event signage. It is also easier to reposition during installation. However, it is less durable than permanent adhesive and may lose adhesion more quickly in extreme weather conditions, limiting its use for long-term purposes.

Gloss lamination

Matte lamination
Matte laminating produces an elegant, sophisticated finish. It also provides a softer, more natural look that makes it easier to read the printed piece.
