4.5. Billboard and marketplace sellers make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Platform. However, technical errors or omissions may occur. Product images are illustrative and indicative; the delivered products may differ from the images.

4.6. Due to limited space and structure, product descriptions may sometimes be incomplete. Billboard strives to provide the most relevant and important information.

4.7. All goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered until stocks are exhausted, even if not explicitly stated on the Platform.

4.8. The Platform may contain links to other websites. Billboard is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites it does not administer or for the information contained therein.

  1. CONCLUDING A CONTRACT

5.1. The Client expresses their desire to order and purchase Goods and/or Services through the Platform by placing an Order electronically or by phone, which is then registered by them or a Billboard employee on their behalf.

5.2. Billboard will send a notification to the Client regarding the registration of the Order via agreed communication channels (email, SMS, or Viber). This notification does not constitute acceptance, confirmation, or commitment to fulfill the Order.

5.3. The Seller reserves the right not to deliver part or all Goods or Services from the Order for objective reasons, including but not limited to stock depletion. Billboard will inform the Client of this through agreed communication channels. In such cases, the Seller's sole responsibility is to refund any advance payment for the undelivered Goods or Services.

5.4. The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Client is considered concluded when the Client receives a notification via email, SMS, or Viber that the Goods from the Order are ready for dispatch or that the Service can be provided.

5.5. The distance sales contract consists of these Terms and any additional agreements between the Seller and the Client.

5.6. The warranty certificate, where applicable, will accompany the Goods or be available in the Client's Account.

5.7. The Client must ensure that all information provided during the Order process is accurate, complete, and up to date. Billboard reserves the right to share this information with relevant marketplace Sellers.

5.8. The Client authorizes Billboard and/or the marketplace Seller to contact them as necessary regarding the Order.

5.9. The Seller may cancel an Order and notify the Client in the following cases without incurring liability:

Payment by card to the Seller through PayU is considered an international payment by banks in Bulgaria, and according to their rules for card transactions, some banks may charge additional fees. The costs associated with such payments are borne by the Client. Therefore, Billboard recommends that its clients check with their bank for any potential additional fees that may be charged for online payments or those through banks.

The Seller shall not be liable for such discrepancies.

6.11. After 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of purchasing a Good or Service, the Client will be asked to provide a review regarding the purchased Good or Service. This request will be sent to the email address through which they registered their Account. By providing a review, the Client contributes to better informing other potential Clients and actively participates in the development of new services and in more detailed descriptions of the characteristics of the Products.

25. RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM
25.1. For the classification, sorting, ordering, and displaying of information, including Products and Services on the Website, as a result of searches or by default, the Website uses certain algorithms that determine the display in a random manner. In the case of Campaigns, the order in which Products are displayed on the Website is established based on several criteria, such as price reduction, availability, and consumer interest. During a Campaign, the positions of the offers may change compared to their positions at the beginning of the Campaign, depending on their performance. The recommendation system used on the Website works based on some core parameters that can be reviewed in the Guide for the recommendation system and promotion on the Billboard platform. In the case of searches on the website, the information is displayed based on the search algorithm.
